Joanne Dewar

Since joining GPS in 2014 Joanne has contributed significantly to the overall success of the business to date through reinforcing of foundations of our people, processes and technology to support the sustained rapid growth.

With her in-depth knowledge of our company, our culture and our capabilities, Joanne is well positioned to drive the necessary ongoing change within GPS to ensure its continued success. Prior to GPS, Joanne had a successful career in management consulting, specialising in complex multinational transformation programmes for FTSE 100 companies.

Keith Butcher

Keith Butcher

Chief Financial Officer
Board Member

A highly experienced CFO with a considerable track record in delivering business turnaround, transformational acquisitions and in creating shareholder value in technology-based businesses. He combines hands on management skills with strategic thinking and strong financial controls managing large international finance teams.

Keith was previously CFO at Paysafe, where he managed a finance team of 60 people and included management of the FCA regulated NETELLER e-wallet business.

Neil Harris

Chief Commercial Officer

With over 14 years of experience in the payments industry, Neil’s key focus has been on driving positive change within the payments industry, initiating collaboration between influential peers to support financial inclusion initiatives and building customer success by delivering added value through his extensive knowledge of the payment space and emerging technologies. Neil also is Chair of the Financial Inclusion Committee at the EPA.

Lisa Grahame

Lisa Grahame

Chief Information Officer

Her experience and knowledge places Lisa as one of today’s top technology experts in the industry; managing IT service delivery, defining scalable best practice frameworks, service strategy and structure to support the growth of GPS.

Before joining GPS, Lisa worked for 10 years in Investment Banking technology. Her key areas of focus have been on application development, technical business analysis, program and project management, service delivery & capacity and resiliency.

Matt Clare

Matt Clare

Chief Operating Officer

Matt is responsible for driving performance and operational improvements as well as business innovation. With 20 years of experience in financial services in the UK, France and EMEA wide roles, Matt has led several successful restructures of operations and processes. He has gained a wide experience in Operational leadership, Client Relationship Management and Project management.

Prior to his career at GPS, he has worked companies such as First Data, GE Capital and held senior leadership positions such as Senior Vice President at Citi. Matt is highly recognised for his extensive expertise in Operations, Customer Service and Client Relationship.

Paul Hansford

Chief Technology Officer – Platform

Paul has over a decade of expertise in software and coding development, his role at GPS entails working closely with the Infrastructure, Production Support and Security teams at GPS to share his expertise and knowledge with the wider teams to ensure performance is at its highest and that it benefits everyone across the teams.

Working within the payments sector has enabled Paul to gain a greater understanding of the flow of data to Issuing Banks and how that information can be processed. At GPS he leads teams that focus on providing innovative solutions that allow creative ideas to be realised in a sector that is notoriously hard to enter.

John Chaplin

Board member – Chairman

John has been a prominent global figure in retail payments for many years, having previously held senior executive positions at Visa and First Data. He is currently a director of Sentenial and Interswitch, as well as board adviser to Trunomi and is actively involved in private equity with Helios the leading African fund.

He is the organiser and chair of the Global Payments Innovation Jury, a panel of 70 leading CEOs.

Oliver Bevan

Board member – Non-Executive Director

Oliver joined Dunedin in 2007. He manages the Intermediary programme for Dunedin and is responsible for sourcing and transacting deals across the UK, with a focus on Oil & Gas and Financial Services.

Oliver worked on the buyouts of GPS, FRA, Kingsbridge, Alpha, EV Offshore, Premier Hytemp, CitySprint, U-POL and Hawksford; and the exit of Practice Plan. He currently represents Dunedin on the Boards of GPS, Kingsbridge and EV. He is a graduate of Oxford.

Dougal Bennett

Board member – Non-Executive Director

Dougal Bennett joined Dunedin in 1999. He is responsible for Dunedin’s direct origination programme and concentrates on the Industrial Sector, with a particular interest in Specialist Manufacturing and Smart Industrials.

Dougal was involved in the recent buyout of GPS, the global payments processor behind the UKs most exciting digital and challenger banks. Other investments for Dougal include EV offshore, the market leading global high-tech oil and gas camera provider and WFEL, the world leader in Tactical Military Bridges.

He currently represents Dunedin on the Boards of GPS and Premier Hytemp. He studied Biochemistry at the Universities of Edinburgh and Pennsylvania.

Tony Kerr

Co-Founder
Board member – Non-Executive Director

Tony founded  Flex-e-card in 2000 before founding Global Processing Services in 2007. He was a former senior business manager in investment banking at leading organisations such as Salomon Brothers, UBS, JP Morgan and Commerzbank AG.

Craig Dewar

Co-Founder
Board member – Non-Executive Director

Craig founded Flex-e-card with Tony Kerr in 2000, before founding Global Processing Servcies. He was a former technology director in investment banking and front office systems within Salomon Brothers, JP Morgan, CSFB.
